Wellbeing Support for Small Business
Running a small business can be exciting and enjoyable, but it also comes with a unique set of challenges and responsibilities, particularly as we start the new year and continue to navigate many staff shortages due to the impacts of COVID-19.
In the current climate, many people are feeling stressed and concerned about their business. That’s why it’s important you know how to take steps to look after your own mental health and wellbeing, as well as your employees.
Partners in Wellbeing is a FREE government-funded initiative developed by the Department of Health (DH) and Department of Jobs Precincts and Regions (DJPR) to support Victorian small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The Partners in Wellbeing helpline is supporting small businesses across Victoria via three pathways:
- Wellbeing coaching
- Financial counselling
- Business advice
The helpline is a free and confidential service that provides support for small business owners and employees delivered by trained wellbeing coaches, financial counsellors and business advisers.
