Philippa Rickards
Bookkeeper & BAS Agent

Philippa’s interest in business management started at a young age when she began bookkeeping for her family’s business. With over 25 years industry experience, Philippa has worked across all facets of business management and training, and specialises in small business management, business troubleshooting, coaching, mentoring, bookkeeping and BAS. Philippa is a Fellow and Network Facilitator for The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and is also a Fellow of The Institute of Managers & Leaders.

Philippa is passionate about helping small business owners run more effectively by reducing the challenges and concerns associated with bookkeeping. Philippa strives to promote autonomy in her work and create efficiencies for her clients, affording them more time to do the things they enjoy. In her downtime, Philippa enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and researching her family history.




Ally McGill

Ally is highly accomplished and has enjoyed studying in multiple fields. During covid, Ally took the opportunity to expand into finance and completed a Diploma of Accounting and Certificate IV in Bookkeeping to compliment.

Previously Ally has worked as a Lab Technician and Analytical Chemist in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, environmental consulting, agriculture, defence, and hospital pharmacy. Ally has a strong desire to learn, and excels at identifying and solving problems. She is passionate about applying these attributes to help small businesses become more financially sound.

During her free time, Ally enjoys going on adventures with her daughter – camping, Puffing Billy, zoos, music festivals – whatever comes their way.




Sarita Du Toit

Sarita is a bubbly person with a friendly, mature outlook on life who strives for excellent performance in all tasks given. Her focus is on ensuring that clients’ bookkeeping runs smoothly.
She has excellent people skills and values building lasting relationships with all her clients.

Sarita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and worked as an Administrative Clerk for the South African Police Service for over 15 years before deciding on a career change to Bookkeeping.

Sarita is also an amazing mum and loves to do things with her family.



Thinus Du Toit

Thinus believes that professionalism, knowledge and taking the time to get to know a client’s business is what is required to form long lasting relationships. He has a strong focus on following these principles in order to work together with clients on their business and bookkeeping.

Thinus holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance plus a Post Graduate Degree in Taxation in South Africa. He has experience as an Accountant/Auditor, Administrative and Finance Manager & Financial Controller as well as being a business owner himself.

Thinus is also a family man and loves spending time doing family activities.



Brandon de Lange

Brandon is busy completing his 3rd Year Studies for Bachelor of Commerce in Management Accounting while working to gain knowledge in the field
